Family Fun Day at Hope Zoo

During the event, children and their caregivers were treated to an enjoyable day of tours of the Hope Zoo, budgie feeding, art and craft, fun rides, tricks by Dora the Cartoon Mascot, face painting, balloon making, delicious food, and giveaways.All proceeds from the Fun Day will go towards the educational and youth programmes of Food For The Poor.

During the Fun Day, children and their caregivers were treated to an enjoyable day of tours of the Hope Zoo, budgie feeding, art and craft, fun rides, tricks by Dora the Cartoon Mascot, face painting, balloon making, delicious food, and giveaways. All proceeds from the Fun Day will go towards the educational and youth programmes of Food For The Poor. The sponsors for the event included: Wisynco, Wild Rides, National Bakery, CB Chicken, Nestle, Dominoes, Mega Mart, Cafe Africa and Press Box Printers Ltd.

Children and adults were treated to an exhilarating day of tours of the Hope Zoo, budgie feeding, as well as art and craft. There were also tricks by Dora the Cartoon Mascot, exciting rides, face painting, balloon making and scrumptious food. The Family Fun Day was a fund-raising event for the educational and youth programmes operated by Food For The Poor.

The adults had the chance of winning household appliances, while the children who were winners in their Lime and Spoon Races, achieved toys. Keisha Wisdom (right) was the winner of the adult Lime and Spoon Race and won an electronic mixer. During the Fun Day, children and their caregivers were treated to an enjoyable day of tours of the Hope Zoo, budgie feeding, art and craft, fun rides, tricks by Dora the Cartoon Character Mascot, face painting, balloon making, delicious food, and giveaways. All proceeds from the Fun Day will go towards the educational and youth programmes of Food For The Poor.
